Post Factory offers three different types of services:
- Beginner Package: This package includes 10 static posts with unlimited revisions, captions and hashtags.
- Standard Package: This package includes 20 static posts with unlimited revisions, captions and hashtags.
- Premium Package: This package includes 30 static posts with unlimited revisions, captions, hashtags and feed preview.
- 500 Words SEO Blog: High-Quality, 500-Word SEO-Optimized Content with Professional Keyword Research.
- 1000 Words SEO Blog: High-Quality, 1000-Word SEO-Optimized Content with Professional Keyword Research.
- 1500 Words SEO Blog: High-Quality, 500-Word SEO-Optimized Content with Professional Keyword Research.
- Luxury Progress: Combination of different premium digital marketing services for brands that tend to grow.
- Web Design Starter: This package includes up to 5 pages and up to 2 revisions per page.
- Web Design Standard: This package includes up to 10 pages and up to 4 revisions per page.
- Web Design Premium: This package includes unlimited pages and up to 8 revisions per page.
3. Service Delivery
Social Media Management: Delivery is guaranteed within 5 working days after payment and questionnaire completion.
SEO Blog Posts: Delivery is guaranteed within 5 working days after payment and questionnaire completion.
Business Growth: Delivery varies depending on requirements; accurate delivery time will be provided after an online meeting with our marketing team.
Website Design: Delivery varies depending on requirements; accurate delivery time will be provided after an online meeting with our web design team.
4. Scheduling and Posting
After delivery, you can approve posts or provide feedback. Once approved, we will schedule them through a scheduling platform. If you are unable to connect your social media channels, it does not warrant a refund, as we still create the content for you. Manual posting is an alternative. Posting and scheduling are free, value-add services with no pro-rated refunds for related issues.
5. Communication
Our team will stay in contact with you through our dashboard, live chat, or email—no calls. We provide 24/7 support, 365 days a year.
6. User Responsibilities
Your cooperation is crucial. Complete the onboarding questionnaire promptly. Share all relevant content (photos, videos, brand guidelines) to help us create the best possible content. Provide detailed feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Payment Terms
Social Media Management: Monthly subscription. Posts are created after each payment.
8. Refunds
No refunds are offered for any reason, as our team dedicates time and effort to creating bespoke content.
9. Results and Performance
We do not guarantee marketing results, growth, or engagement as many factors are beyond our control.
10. Account Management
We will not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior and will cancel such accounts immediately without warning, with no refunds.
11. Intellectual Property
We reserve all rights to the Post Factory brand identity. All content created by Post Factory is the property of the client, who is responsible for its further use.
12. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your confidential information will be used solely for providing our services and kept secure.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons.
15. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
Confidential information shared with us will be used solely for delivering our services and kept secure.
16. Credit Card Disputes
Charges are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days. We prefer negotiation over disputes.
